When we refer to “our platform,” we mean the review services available on our website, any subdomains, subdirectories, mobile applications, or similar digital environments we operate. This includes all content, such as reviews, comments, images, data, and other user-submitted materials, within or connected to these services.
Before using this platform, please take a moment to read these terms of use (referred to as “terms”) to understand both your responsibilities and what you can expect from us. These terms also refer to additional policies, guidelines, and rules that apply to your experience on the platform:

Your continued access to and use of this platform indicates your acceptance of these terms. If at any point you do not agree or are unable to comply, you must stop using the platform. Your use in any form will be governed by these terms.
You confirm your agreement to these terms by: (a) browsing, searching, posting reviews, or interacting in any way with the platform; or (b) selecting any form of affirmative agreement such as checking a box or clicking a confirmation button.
Throughout this document, defined terms placed in “quotation marks” retain the same meaning every time they are used.
“You” or “your” refers to the person or entity interacting with this platform, directly or indirectly (including automated tools like AI agents or scraping technologies).
“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to the platform operator responsible for providing these services, based on your location. (See Section 28 for further details about the relevant contracting entity and applicable laws.)
The platform may display, link to, or integrate with third-party tools, services, or products. We do not endorse or guarantee any third-party offerings and assume no liability for them. Platform compatibility with your device, browser, or network setup is not assured.
To write reviews, comment, like, flag, or engage in activities beyond browsing, you’ll need to create an account. You are permitted only one personal account, which cannot be transferred to another person.
To register, you must sign in using an existing email or via an external service provider (e.g., Google, Apple, or similar). In some cases, your account may be automatically created when accessing a review invitation link or signing in through a social platform.
You will also select a username that will be publicly visible when you post reviews or comments. Avoid using anything that:
Is harmful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful;
Contains terms like “Guest,” “Admin,” “.com,” or similar suffixes;
Imitates someone else’s name or identity.
You are solely responsible for access and activity within your account. This includes:
Not sharing login credentials with others;
Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use;
Keeping your profile information accurate and current.
You are also responsible for all activity under your account, including any reviews or content you submit.
Optional identity verification may be completed by uploading an ID and a selfie photo. This process is secure and further explained in our privacy documentation.
By using this platform, you agree to the following:
You’ll follow these terms, the Reviewer Guidelines, and all platform policies.
You must be at least 18 years old.
Do not compromise the platform’s security or interfere with its operation.
Do not upload malicious software or attempt to impair platform functionality.
Do not post or solicit fake reviews—those based on fabricated or manipulated experiences.
Do not engage in misleading, offensive, unlawful, or non-compliant behavior.
Do not reverse-engineer or modify any part of the platform.
Do not harass or abuse employees, partners, customers, or other users.
Do not use the platform to promote your products, services, or businesses.
Do not copy or replicate any part of the platform for competitive purposes.
Do not suggest any false associations with the platform.
Do not commercially exploit platform content outside your user-generated content.
Do not scrape or collect data from the platform unless explicitly allowed.
Do not use platform content or data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without explicit consent.
When interacting with the platform, you must follow the posted Reviewer Guidelines and all related policies. These documents may be updated at any time without direct notification, and changes take effect immediately upon publication.
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to:
Copyright (including software),
Patents, trademarks, and design rights,
Trade secrets, know-how, and databases,
Visual design and structure of the platform,
remain the exclusive property of the platform operator or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this intellectual property without written permission. This also includes content like reviews and scores submitted by other users.
You own the content you create and submit to the platform, and you are responsible for it. You confirm you have the right to use and share any material you upload. Unless you remove your content or your account is deleted or flagged for violating platform policies, your content may remain publicly visible indefinitely and may be indexed by external search engines.
By uploading or posting content, you grant us a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and adapt your content in any format. This license allows us to share your content with partners, clients, or third parties for purposes like syndication, promotion, or publication.
You also authorize us to take legal action to protect your content from unauthorized use, including under applicable copyright laws.
We may collect and create data related to your platform usage, including metrics, patterns, and insights derived from your activity (“platform activity data”). This data is owned entirely by us and may be used to improve services, develop features, conduct research, or generate business insights.
We welcome your ideas, feedback, and suggestions. By submitting them, you allow us to use this input indefinitely without any obligation to compensate or credit you.
